GENERAL

  1. The BUYER who places an order electronically via 2atrade.com is deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.
  2. This contract is subject to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
  4. Products are delivered within the legal period of 30 days. In case of exceeding this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
  5. Products are delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and with warranty/user manuals if applicable.
  6. In case the supply of the product becomes impossible, the BUYER will be notified and the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

IF PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the BUYER does not pay for the product or the payment is cancelled by the bank, the SELLER's delivery obligation terminates.

UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE

If unauthorized card use is detected and the payment is not made to the SELLER, the product must be returned within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of delivery delay due to force majeure, the BUYER may:

  • Cancel the order
  • Request a similar product
  • Request postponement of delivery

In case of cancellation, the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

PRODUCT INSPECTION OBLIGATION

The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product before receiving delivery. Damaged products should not be accepted. Products that are accepted for delivery are considered intact.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 14 DAYS

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without giving any reason.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The product must be unused
  • It must be returned together with the invoice
  • For corporate purchases, a return invoice is mandatory

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. After the withdrawal notification is received, the refund will be completed within 10 days and the product return within 20 days.
  2. The BUYER compensates for any decrease in value caused by their fault.
  3. If campaign conditions are violated by withdrawal, discounts will be cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH WITHDRAWAL RIGHT CANNOT BE EXERCISED

  • Products specifically manufactured for the BUYER
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Industrial products that have been installed or used
  • Software, digital content, licenses
  • Services that have begun performance before the withdrawal period expires

⚠️ IMPORTANT: There is no right of withdrawal for industrial equipment that has been installed or put into use.

DEFAULT

If the BUYER defaults on payment, they are liable to the bank and must compensate the SELLER's damages.
